We can not live without water. No one on Earth can. Up to 70% of our planet’s surface is covered with water. We can live without food for a while, but without water we can’t. It’s the key to our health and existence. Water, plain water- a great part of our feminine beauty. It’s the health and beauty of our skin. It works inside and outside. 

 

Cold water invigorates and even in the morning, allowing you to wake up, but still beauticians don’t recommend washing face with cold water. It provokes the bursting of the capillary vessels, which then can be difficult to treat.

 

Cold water can also be used to rinse hair after shampooing, it will give your hair more shine.

 

A cold shower is also useful as a last step after taking a bath. This will improve blood circulation, and give your skin a nice tone.

 

We drink water to prevent dehydration. Drink plenty of water, it will moisten the inside and your skin, hair, and nails. Water is a fuel for our body. It delivers nutrients to every cell. It cleans out unwanted toxins. Improves circulation and blood flow.

 

Dehydration makes you tired, because without water the cells can’t do their job properly. Hence, one reason for the headache- dehydration, and the first piece of advice- drink lots of water.

 

Water strengthens our bones. This is especially important for those who don’t consume dairy products. Drinking mineral water helps the body get calcium. At the same time, spring water has a minimal nutrients for building bones. But the mineral contains an average of 208 milligrams of calcium per liter. This is about one- fifth of the RDA for women younger than 50 years.

Drinking enough water a day helps protect the heart. For 14 years the U.S. National Institute of Health conducted a study of 35 thousands participants. Those who consumed 5 cups of water per days, nearly 70% decreases chance of heart attack.

Unfortunately, there is no product that can reverse the aging process, but there are products that help slow down  unwanted processes in the body, such as sagging skin, the appearance of age spots and wrinkles. A list of foods that slow the aging process of our body:

 Water 

About 3 quarters of our body contains of water, we tend to lose it through various ways: respiration, urination,etc; therefore it’s important to substitute for the loss by drinking plenty of liquid. A person should consume at least 8- 10 oz. of water daily. Liquid that comes into our body from fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee, juice, and soup doesn’t count. Drinking plenty of water is essential to healthy looking skin.

 

 

 

 Carrots and Beets

Despite your skin type, what you consumer can enormously affect your capacity to resist wrinkles and other signs of aging. It has been proven by numerous studies that people who tend to eat more fruits and vegetables and less fats and sweets have smoother and healthier skin.

Skin smoothing vegetables and fruits:

  • apples
  • beans
  • carrots
  • beets
  • prunes
  • green leafy vegetables

 Oatmeal

This product is a filter which filters the body of toxic substances. Pour boiling water over oatmeal, but don’t boil it.  It’s highly  recommended not to cook it. You can add apples or carrots-  a healthy breakfast choice.

 Green Tea  

Green Tea is believed to be  a potential cure to your aging problems. A scientific study conducted by a German scientific group revealed that a lotion  made out of green tea worked ten times faster than leading anti wrinkle solutions.  Scientific studies proved that Green Tea has protective effects against free radicals, heart diseases, toxins, and certain infections. Most experts recommend to drink 3-4 cups of green tea daily.

A new study shows that apples maybe the new remedy to your wrinkle problem. In general apples help to soothe dry skin and drastically improve the over all tone. They  help to dissolve deposits of fat on your skin and  promote softer and more elastic skin. Apples help to  produce perfect results for your skin.
