We can not live without water. No one on Earth can. Up to 70% of our planet’s surface is covered with water. We can live without food for a while, but without water we can’t. It’s the key to our health and existence. Water, plain water- a great part of our feminine beauty. It’s the health and beauty of our skin. It works inside and outside.

Cold water invigorates and even in the morning, allowing you to wake up, but still beauticians don’t recommend washing face with cold water. It provokes the bursting of the capillary vessels, which then can be difficult to treat.

Cold water can also be used to rinse hair after shampooing, it will give your hair more shine.

A cold shower is also useful as a last step after taking a bath. This will improve blood circulation, and give your skin a nice tone.

We drink water to prevent dehydration. Drink plenty of water, it will moisten the inside and your skin, hair, and nails. Water is a fuel for our body. It delivers nutrients to every cell. It cleans out unwanted toxins. Improves circulation and blood flow.

Dehydration makes you tired, because without water the cells can’t do their job properly. Hence, one reason for the headache- dehydration, and the first piece of advice- drink lots of water.

Water strengthens our bones. This is especially important for those who don’t consume dairy products. Drinking mineral water helps the body get calcium. At the same time, spring water has a minimal nutrients for building bones. But the mineral contains an average of 208 milligrams of calcium per liter. This is about one- fifth of the RDA for women younger than 50 years.

Drinking enough water a day helps protect the heart. For 14 years the U.S. National Institute of Health conducted a study of 35 thousands participants. Those who consumed 5 cups of water per days, nearly 70% decreases chance of heart attack.
