Boil a chicken, or bake it in an oven, serve with a sauce of chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, herbs, mixed with olive oil and lemon juice. You may add brown rice or whole grain pasta.
Sassy Cocktail
-1/4 a cucumber thinly sliced 
-a lemon, sliced thin
-mint leaves
-2 quarts water
- ginger root
Add cucumber, lemon and mint in a pitcher. Fill with water and ice. Enjoy!
Cucumbers help with digestive problems and have a cleansing effect on the bowel. While mint have the ability to settle down an upset stomach.
