With this diet you can lose up to 10 pounds, just in 4- 5 days.

The first two days: three times a day eat hard boiled egg, an apple, and a cup of tea.

Third day:  breakfast- 2 boiled eggs; lunch- 50 grams of beef and spinach; dinner- 1 egg and spinach.

Fourth day: breakfast- 1 egg and a cup of tea; lunch- boiled fish, tomatoes, a cup of tea; dinner- 2 eggs, 50 grams of beef.

Fifth day: breakfast- 1 egg, a cup of coffee; lunch- 2 eggs and tomatoes; dinner- boiled fish with tomattoes.

Sixth day: breakfast- 1 egg, a cup of coffee; lunch- a piece of beef and cucumber; dinner- fried beef and tomatoes.
